Protesters gather in the North Sinai city of El Arish following Friday prayers.
The demonstrators were chanting against President Mohamed Morsy. The parties represented at the demonstration were Al-Wafd, Al-Dostour, Al-Karama, the Socialist Revolutionaries and the Sinai Freedom Movement.
Some rocks were thrown as protesters chanted.
The demonstration moved to from Rifai mosque to the municipal council and chants continued against the regime, the Muslim Brotherhood and President Morsy.
The police took measures to secure the safety of the protesters and closed the roads. The protest eventually dispersed as heavy rain began to fall.
